Vanguard Property Group focuses primarily on the development and ownership of single-tenant properties, multi-tenant retail centers, and professional / medical office buildings. The majority of our activities involve repetitive assignments from national retail businesses.

Vanguard Property Group was formed in February 2003. The company continues to enjoy responsible growth by seeking out and cultivating long-term relationships with its client tenants.
